Utah Sex discrimination
From Lawpendium
Ordinarily, in order to establish a prima facie case for sex discrimination, a plaintiff must demonstrate that he or she:
- is a member of a protected class;
- suffered an adverse employment action;
- was qualified for the position at issue; and
- was treated less favorably than others not in the protected class.
