To establish its intentional interference claims against IHC, Alpine “‘must prove
- that . . . [IHC] intentionally interfered with . . . [Alpine]’s existing or potential economic relations,
- for an improper purpose or by improper means,
- causing injury to . . . [Alpine].’”
